Participant Terms

Registration is confirmed when BWELL receives the required payment or deposit for the Journey Offering and issues a confirmation. Places are limited and allocated in the order registrations are confirmed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping it current in your My BWELL account.

Prices are stated per person or per cabin as shown on the Journey Offering. The rate in effect when your deposit is received is the rate that applies to your registration, regardless of later public price changes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BWELL maintains the record of your Journey financial obligation, payments and balance.

BWELL may adjust programming, facilitators, venue or itinerary where necessary. Material changes are communicated to registered participants.

BWELL may decline or end a participation where conduct compromises the safety or wellbeing of other participants.
