BWELL Journeys is a leadership and wellbeing experience created by The SISGI Group. It began with a simple observation: the leadership development available to Black women rarely accounts for what leadership actually costs them, and the wellness industry rarely accounts for the fact that they are leading at all.

So we designed Journeys — full experiences with an arc, not sessions on a schedule. Some last a day. Some last a week and cross an ocean. All of them are facilitated, capped in size, and built around the belief that rest is a leadership practice rather than a reward.

What we are building now is permanent. One BWELL identity, one place where your Journeys, your resources and your community live, so that returning is never starting over.
