Account details, registration responses, payment records, and — for Destination Journeys — the travel information required to deliver the experience safely.

We practice data minimization. We do not collect or store passport scans, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive identity documents. Where a travel supplier requires those, the supplier collects them directly and BWELL records only completion status.

To confirm and manage your registration, process payments, communicate about your Journey, and provide participant resources.

Community visibility and directory participation are always opt-in and always under your control.

Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on BWELL systems. BWELL retains transaction identifiers for reconciliation and participant support.
