Cancellation & Travel Terms

Cancellation terms differ between Day Journeys and Destination Journeys. The terms that apply to your registration are shown before you pay and recorded with your registration.

Day Journeys

Cancellation terms and any transfer options for a Day Journey are published on the Journey Offering page and confirmed in your registration confirmation.

Destination Journeys

Deposits secure your place and your locked price. Balance payments are due by the final payment date shown on the Journey Offering.

Destination Journeys involve third-party travel suppliers whose own terms, deadlines and cancellation conditions apply in addition to BWELL's. Those terms are provided with your reservation documents.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every Destination Journey.

Seller of travel

The SISGI Group is authorized to sell the travel products offered through BWELL Destination Journeys. Seller of travel registration details and required disclosures are available on request and are included with reservation documents.
