FAQ

Questions we're asked most

Journeys & registration

What is the difference between a Journey and a Journey Offering?
A Journey is the experience itself — Leading Authentically, for example. A Journey Offering is one occurrence of it, with its own date, location, capacity and pricing. The same Journey can return in a new season and a new city.
Do I need an account to register?
Yes. Registration creates your My BWELL account, which holds your Journeys, payments, forms and resources in one place across every Journey you take with us.
What if a Journey is full?
You can join the waitlist. If a place opens, we contact waitlisted women in order — and your details carry over, so you never re-enter anything.

Payments

How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. BWELL keeps the record of what you owe and what you have paid, and your payment history is always visible in My BWELL.
Can I pay in installments?
For Destination Journeys, yes. After your deposit you can pay a suggested amount, a custom amount, or your full remaining balance whenever you choose, as long as the balance is settled by the final payment date.
Is my price locked in?
Yes — once your deposit successfully completes. The rate in effect at that moment is the rate you keep, even if the public price increases later. Starting or saving a registration does not lock a rate.

Destination Journeys & travel

Is BWELL Journey at Sea priced per person?
No — per cabin. A cabin holds a maximum of two guests, and the price is the same whether you sail alone or with a companion. Cabin rates are $3,000 through December 31, 2026, $3,200 from January 1 through March 31, 2027, and $3,400 beginning April 1, 2027.
Can I bring a companion?
Yes. You can add a travel companion to your reservation, and she can create her own My BWELL account and connect to the shared reservation. The cabin charge is never duplicated.
Does BWELL store my passport?
No. Where a travel supplier needs sensitive identity documents, they collect those directly. BWELL records only that a requirement is complete.
